I’m passionate about equipping leaders to effectively manage conflict. My work and research revolve around the intersections of conflict, leadership, and faith. I have a Master’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Management, I teach Conflict Management at Columbia Bible College in Abbotsford, BC, and I’m a Qualified Mediator.

I’m an enthusiastic learner, a curious questioner, and a deep thinker. I firmly believe that conflict presents an opportunity to discern what truly matters to people and to initiate positive change. While conflict can be inherently overwhelming, I believe that engaging the issues with curiosity can help people get “unstuck.”

I facilitate change processes by partnering with leaders in organizations who are the experts of their own contexts. My unique strengths are in perception and analysis, having the ability to take multi-faceted systems and engage them with simple processes without reducing or minimizing complexity. Through probing and deepening questions, I seek to facilitate insights that help individuals feel seen and understood amid their struggles.

With a background in pastoral ministries, my experiences have heightened my awareness of conflict in faith communities, while simultaneously deepening my passion to harness conflict for change.

I also spent years as a college athlete, satisfying my competitive drive, and increasing my ability to manage relational complexity. I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve as an assistant coach on my former team.

Raised on the prairies, I currently reside in British Columbia.

Hi, I’m Jodi.
